OC Fight! V/R/A [Natsuora]

What this is about
I'm (and you shall help xD) making a fighting game. But the characters are your OCs! You can recommend your, or your friends OCs.

IMPORTANT
First, I need you to reread ALL of it, for it has been revised. Secondly, if someone votes for you on a different page, please comment and give a link so I can add it. And Thirdly, I would like to offer a special thing for someone to help. It'll make this. So. Much. Easier. Also, the person needs Flash.(Any ver is fine, but CS3 or higher is preferred)

We need you to vote and/or recommend people for a new flash game.
Rules
-The creator of the OC gets to choose the move set- No peer pressure (EX. I really like my friends OC, Soichiro, but I won't try and make the creator choose certain moves. Suggestions are fine)
-You CAN vote for your own people.
-Once 20 people are in the game Then recommendations will stop.
-There can be over 20 recommendations, but only 20 will make it
-If you are in the game, message me, so I can give you a list of what I need you to do

THEGAME
It's a fighting game like this one- ryuu-ima.deviantart.com/art/Ic… , Only you can choose a character, choose from different stadiums, choose who's IN THE GAME, and it'll be all amazing xD The main thing for this part is, that it's a fighting-typed game like the one in the link.

-SUPAR Attack
Supar(Yes, Supar xDD) attacks. There's gonna be a special bar by the hp bar, and it fills up throughout the battle and when you use it... It's a special. Anything can happen. And you stay in it until the bar runs out. You can have your character(s) change clothes(or get in a supar machine or something) and you get 10 extra stat points(I'll explain that next.) There's no restrictions as to what your character can do, other than the following-
Cannot be invincible.
Can't clone yourself.
No 1 Hit KO's.
No super cheap ones.

-Stat points
Each character gets 50 Stat points to spend on Speed, HP, Attack, and Defense. Then Speed makes you faster, HP is how much HP you have, then Attack and Defense are attack and defense xD When you get in your special mode, you get a extra 10 points(total of 60) until the special is over.
EX.
Ryuu:
Speed - 10
Attack - 15
Defense - 12
HP - 13
Supar Ryuu:
Speed - 10
Attack - 20
Defense - 14
Hp- 16
You get to choose :3

-The Plot (somewhat)
There's a tournament coming up, and the prize is a sacred orb which can grant any one wish. OC's from all over come to compete in the tournament, all with their own goals and intentions in the orb. But only the Grand Champion will win. Who will it be?
